At Lavish Legacy, many of our products are produced in limited quantities and made specifically for our community. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order with Lavish Legacy, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Accidental purchases
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Delays related to preorder production timelines

Please review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.

PREORDER ITEMS

Many Lavish Legacy products are sold as preorders.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Production timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
  • Manufacturing delays, customs inspections, quality control processes, supplier issues, holidays, weather events, and shipping carrier delays may impact delivery dates.
  • Preorder purchases are final and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

We are committed to providing updates whenever significant changes occur during production.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, email:

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

If approved, we may offer one of the following at our sole discretion:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Refund

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Lavish Legacy is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked as delivered

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lavish Legacy is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may be required before the order can be reshipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in restrictions on future purchases.

Lavish Legacy reserves the right to submit all relevant order information, tracking information, delivery confirmation, website policies, and customer communications as evidence in response to payment disputes.

SALE ITEMS

All sale, promotional, discounted, and limited-release items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

POLICY CHANGES

Lavish Legacy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
